Our Story
Remote Workteam has been serving the Canadian and US market since 2008. We strongly believe that the outsourcing models should not only benefit Fortune 1000 companies, but also small businesses and startups that are real economy-builders and need to stay competitive for
long-term sustainability.
We set out to create a business model that, for the first time, made outsourcing affordable to businesses of any size, and have successfully done just that.
We provide offshore Back office operations, Customer Experience and Omni Channel support for online commerce. Our facilities feature on-site management team, fully redundant voice and data links to Canada and USA, enterprise grade network infrastructure, redundant generator sets and all of the features of a much larger provider without the larger cost.
